Brigadier General Esmaeil Qaani, who leads the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, expressed these views while discussing various conflict areas in the region, especially focusing on crucial maritime security locations in the Red Sea and its nearby waters.
Qaani asserted that the previous military and political maneuvers by the United States and its partners in the area have not produced permanent outcomes, claiming that resistance groups have persistently contested their presence in vital strategic zones.
He pointed to recent clashes in maritime routes, arguing that earlier conflicts highlighted the limitations of foreign military authority in the area.
“The US and the Zionist regime ought to recall how they left Yemen, Bab-el-Mandeb, and the Red Sea with nothing to show,” Qaani stated.
