One of the chieftains of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Kenneth Okonkwo has taken to his official X account on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 to react to the comment that was made by an X user.
This came after Peter Obi accused Kenneth Okonkwo of defamation.
In the post that the X user shared on his page, he said no matter what Kenneth Okonkwo does, the former governor of Anambra state will be sworn in as the President of Nigeria in 2027.
He said;
“Peter Obi will not find it easy with politicians because of his style of politics but he will be sworn in as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on May 29, 2027 by God’s grace”.
Reacting, Kenneth Okonkwo stated that the X user might not even vote for Peter Obi on election day. He said election is won based on strategy and not sentiment.
According to Kenneth Okonkwo on his official X account;
“I am sure on that day, you might not vote. Victory in a democracy is based on structure and strategy, not sentiment”.
