Turkish champions Galatasaray announced on Friday that the striker will undergo a knee surgery on Saturday.
Osimhen sustained the injury during the Yellow and Reds UEFA Champions League home clash against Bundesliga club Stuttgart on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old has been removed from Galatasaray’s matchday squad for Saturday’s league clash against Amedspor.
The striker is expected to spend time on the sidelines following the setback.
